Exclusive Video Rights
Built Once. Owned by You.
A Money Minutes Exclusive puts one firm in sole control of a professional short-form video library built for the moments when clients are making key decisions. Brand it, embed it, and deploy it across your app, social media, advisory tools, and client platforms, so education drives engagement, trust, and retention without standing up a production team.
FAQs for High-Impact Buyers
You are not licensing a content feed. You are acquiring exclusive rights to a ready-to-use library that helps firms reach Gen X and Millennial families at college, inheritance, longevity, and retirement decision points. These answers cover what you receive, how you can brand and distribute it, what stays exclusive to you, and how the library is supported after close. If a question is not here, ask before you commit.

You have two options as we launch these tools:
One-time exclusive. You buy the library once. After closing, it is not sold, licensed, or white-labeled to anyone else, in any industry. You can brand it, host it, edit it, and use it across your product, partners, and marketing. Existing uses end on a date in the agreement. You are not renting it; you own the copyright.
Industry exclusive. You buy the exclusive right inside your category, such as banking, an insurance network, a digital fintech firm, etc. Competitors in that category cannot license the same modules. Use outside that category can remain available unless the agreement closes it. You still brand and deploy it as your own. You pay for the lane, not the whole market.
-
After close, a competitor cannot rent the same modules and aim them at your users. You choose the field. Exclusive in consumer fintech and digital advice is the tight version. Exclusive across categories costs more and locks more. The high school program is a distribution tactic. It is not the asset. The asset is the right to be the only product in your lane with this library.

You receive a finished library of short financial-education videos on the decisions your users already stall on: paying for college, protecting retirement, long-term care, longevity, credit, and career cost. Exclusive ownership means we will brand them for you, and customize as needed for unlimited distribution. No one else in your category can license the same modules. Masters, images, videos, scripts, titles, and thumbnails come with the sale. Existing outside uses end on a date you set.

Your team can generate explainers and quick generic content. You cannot quickly rebuild a sequenced library aimed at real decision points: insurance needs for mid-career professionals, an unexpected inheritance, the parent about to raid a retirement account for tuition, the award letter that is not what it looks like, the scholarship that disappears when the grant arrives. Building that in-house costs producer time, video and script content development, subject-matter review, and a compliance pass before you ship one usable module. Buying it means the content engine is live while your competitors are still briefing the content.
-
In attracting new clients, engaging them in discussions, and moving them to action. Put them where a decision is already open. In the app, at a goal, a 529, a rollover, or a planning screen, so education happens before the user leaves to Google. In advisor or partner workflows, so your human team has something credible to send before the meeting. In lifecycle email and push, always bringing the user back to you. A module inside a workflow you already own is the one that pays. Revenue shows up as more funded accounts, more advised assets, more product delivered, and fewer users lost at the exact moment they were ready to act.

This is education. It is not advice, not a solicitation, and not a product pitch. It names no funds, lenders, or securities. Your team still reviews it, because your name will be on it. You are buying educational content your reviewers easily approve, and any video that does not meet your standard will be customized until it does.
